We’re looking for a superstar Senior Consultant to work within our almighty Cloud team based in London.

Supporting an incredibly successful global business, where we work on exclusive and retained projects, you will have an opportunity to work with cutting edge companies and global heritage brands.

You will be tasked with managing the candidate side of the recruitment process and delivery to existing vacancies. This entails sourcing the candidate, qualifying the candidate, presenting the CV and write-up to the Account Manager, managing the interview process and closing offers. You will become well-versed in understanding candidate’s technical skillsets in Cloud technologies, as well as asking pertinent questions to determine their motivations and drivers.

In addition to this, you will also be involved from the client side of things, doing a full 360 role.


  • Developing the relationship with candidates and building rapport, creating a strong partnership on a foundation of trust
  • Guiding candidates through the recruitment process, managing expectations whilst relaying important information to the Account Manager so that they can manage the process from the client side
  • Taking the lead from the candidate point of view, being their main point of contact and supporting them the whole way through from CV submittal to presenting a job offer
  • Working closely with the clients, attending briefing calls, understanding their hiring requirements, arranging interviews etc.
  • Discovering creative search techniques to seek and connect with the most fitting candidates for our client’s open job requirements
  • Building a strong personal brand and community of Cloud experts
  • Working closely with the Data team, the wider sales team, plus our fantastic marketing and business support teams


We are open to profiles with sales experience, experience with managing accounts, business develop, and experience working in a 360 recruitment position would be ideal.

This role requires a socially driven person with an all-in approach, a dedication to our brand, amazing attention to detail and a ‘never give up’ mindset.
