Role Summary 💼

The company is looking for a Project Manager specializing in Contact Centre as a Service (CCaaS) technologies. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing projects involving the implementation and customization of CCaaS solutions for clients. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities 🔑

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their contact centre requirements and objectives.
  • Lead the end-to-end project management process, including project planning, resource allocation, risk management, and timeline adherence.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, such as solution architects, developers, and implementation specialists, to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Manage project budgets, monitor project progress, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
  • Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure that deliverables meet client expectations and project requirements.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle, addressing their concerns and providing regular project updates.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the enhancement of project management methodologies.

Experience required 🧠

  • Fluency in English & German.
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager, specifically in delivering CCaaS projects.
  • Strong knowledge of Contact Centre as a Service (CCaaS) technologies and industry best practices.
  • Familiarity with leading CCaaS platforms, such as Genesys Cloud, Five9, or Amazon Connect.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and deliver them on time and within budget.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Project management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are a plus.
