We are looking for a qualified and creative Process Automation Engineer.

You will be in charge of creating and implementing automated solutions to simplify and improve company operations as a process automation engineer. To find possibilities for automation, create and build robotic process automation (RPA) processes, and make sure automation initiatives are implemented successfully, you will cooperate with cross-functional teams. Strong programming abilities, an awareness of process analysis, and the capacity to use automation to optimise processes are requirements for this position.

Responsibilities:

  • Conducting process analysis and identifying areas for automation and improvement.
  • Designing and developing RPA workflows using automation tools such as PowerApps, Power Automate, or other automation tools.
  • Configuring and integrating RPA solutions with existing systems and applications.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and define automation objectives.
  • Testing and debugging automation workflows to ensure accuracy and reliability.
  • Implementing security measures and controls to protect sensitive data in automated processes.
  • Monitoring and maintaining automated processes to ensure uninterrupted operation.
  • Analysing process performance data and recommending optimizations and enhancements.
  • Providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users.
  • Documenting automation processes, procedures, and best practices.

Ideal Requirements for This Role:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Process Automation Engineer or similar role.
  • Experience with robotic process automation (RPA) tools and platforms, such as Power Apps, Power Automate, Automation Anywhere, UiPath or other automation tools.
  • Solid understanding of process analysis and improvement methodologies.
  • Knowledge of workflow automation concepts and technologies.
  • Familiarity with integration methods and APIs for connecting automation solutions with existing systems.
