Role Summary 💼

As the Network Operations Team Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the day-to-day activities of our network operations team. Your expertise in network technologies and management will ensure the smooth functioning of our network systems and the delivery of top-notch services to our clients. If you are a proactive leader with a passion for driving efficiency and continuous improvement, this is the perfect role for you.

Key Responsibilities 🔑

• Lead and manage a team of network operations professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to foster a high-performance culture.
• Ensure the optimal functioning and performance of our network infrastructure, overseeing network monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintenance activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, security, and customer support, to drive efficient network operations and deliver seamless services.
• Develop and implement network performance metrics and KPIs to track team and individual performance.
• Proactively identify potential network issues and devise preventive measures to minimize downtime and enhance network reliability.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies to recommend innovative solutions and improvements.
• Drive process improvements and automation initiatives to streamline network operations and enhance overall efficiency.
• Manage network-related projects, ensuring timely completion and successful delivery.

Experience Required 🧠

• Proven experience as a Network Operations Manager or a similar leadership role in a network technology environment.
• In-depth knowledge of network infrastructure, protocols, and technologies (e.g., TCP/IP, LAN, WAN, VPN, MPLS, SD-WAN).
• Previous experience in leading and developing high-performing network operations teams.
• Strong understanding of network monitoring and management tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve complex network issues.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
