Head of Integration

Germany / Remote

My client, a leading supply chain & logistics organization, is seeking a Head of Integration. This position will report to the SVP, and you will have 8 direct reports.

The company is going through a multiyear transformation to modernize the IT Integration landscape and you will be responsible for the leading integration transformation department.

You will create behaviours, structures, systems, and competencies required and have full responsibility for all services and costs within your department as well as for the leadership, motivation, and development of your employees. You will provide services to meet the needs of the Integration Domain stakeholders and take responsibility for improving processes that are negatively affecting their satisfaction and relationships.

In collaboration with the Integration Domain Architect, you will ensure the implementation of corporate standards and technology architecture of the Integration Domain. Furthermore, you are responsible for resource planning, allocation of resources to projects and services, prioritization of tasks, as well as budget planning, controlling and activities to keep the assigned budget.

What is required:

  • Experience with Integration MuleSoft
  • Experience in Leadership
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Skilled with Architecture
  • Ability to provide strategic direction
