Founding Developer – DeFi Startup

Orbis has partnered with a rapidly growing stealth DeFi startup on a full-time Founding Engineer opening. This will be joining the two co-founders and include a strong equity package.

They’ve raised over 2 million in Seed funding from top VCs (a16z, Finality Capital, Hash3 and others).

They’re building a DeFi scaling network that uses proofs to increase the trust of off-chain work.

The vision is to power new crypto apps and markets that couldn’t exist before, that which allow users to build, exchange, and interact without permission or trust.

This role will enable protocols for off-chain innovation, turning them into platforms for unparalleled creativity and collaboration.

This will have autonomy with high ownership; minimal instruction needs to excite you.

Crypto Adversarial Mindset: Thrive in an environment where all counterparties are unknown.

Requirements:

  • BS in Computer Science preferred
  • Hands-on Crypto/Web3/DeFi startup experience
  • Passion around Web3/Blockchain technology
