Java Developer – Global Financial Markets firm – Brand new Greenfield projects – Hybrid/flexible working

Orbis is proud to be partnered with an exciting financial services firm as it steps into its next stage of growth in Amsterdam.

The team is hiring experienced Java developers to work on their brand-new greenfield project. This role is specifically focused on building out this new area of the business where you’ll be given full autonomy/freedom to work the way that suits you best.

Required experience

• BSc degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Maths or a related subject
• 4+ years experience working with any JVM language and Spring or Spring Boot
• Hands-on experience working with Kafka or other event-streaming platforms
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment comfortably
• Fluent English skills
