Location: London (Hybrid)

Salary: £65,000/yr - £75,000/yr

We’re looking for a talented ETRM Technical Support & Implementation Specialist to work for this Energy trading software solutions company.

They are looking for someone with demonstrable experience of previous ETRM application support roles.

The Role:

You’ll be primarily responsible for support and implementation as a technical specialist.

You’ll report to the Head of Support, and you’ll spend part of the working week in the company’s London office. For the rest of the week you will be working from home.

In the job you’ll be tasked with the following:

 

– maintenance of the ASP hosting environment

– perform installations and configurations

– provide some on-call services

The Candidate:

The ideal candidate for this ETRM Technical Support & Implementation Specialist role will have relevant experience of ETRM and an understanding of Energy markets.

You’ll also need experience of online services and internal and external collaboration tools.

The Package:

Basic salary: £65,000-£75,000 per annum depending on experience

Bonus: 5%
