Our client, a leading FinTech company, is on a mission to revolutionise the way money moves across borders. They’re looking for a Compliance Vendor Manager to join their team and help manage their compliance and operations vendors.

As a Compliance Vendor Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with our vendors that provide compliance-related services
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to identify needs and negotiate contracts with vendors
  • Conducting due diligence on vendors and ensuring they meet our standards and requirements
  • Monitoring vendor performance and providing frequent reporting and feedback
  • Developing and implementing vendor improvements and best practices
  • Acting as the main point of contact for any queries or issues related to the vendors

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 2 years of experience in managing projects, accounts or vendor relationships in a FinTech environment
  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to work effectively under pressure and to deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience in compliance or finance is not essential but desirable
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite/Google apps and data analysis tools such as Tableau and SQL
