About Us:

Our client, a leading utility organisation, is seeking an experienced CIAM Architect to join their dynamic team. We are looking for a highly skilled professional with at least 4 years of relevant experience to play a pivotal role in our customer identity and access management initiatives.

Role Overview:

As a CIAM Architect, you will step into a 12-month extendable contract position with the possibility of permanent employment. Your primary responsibility will be to design and oversee the implementation of our Customer Identity and Access Management solutions. Your technical expertise is crucial, but it’s your ability to shape effective strategies, governance, and processes that will be instrumental in ensuring the security and seamless user experience of our CIAM systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the CIAM strategy, including architecture design, implementation, and ongoing optimization.
• Serve as the CIAM subject matter expert, providing guidance on best practices and industry trends.
• Establish and maintain essential CIAM documentation, including policies, procedures, and integration guidelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between CIAM and business objectives.

Key Requirements:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Customer Identity and Access Management.
• Proven expertise with CIAM tools and platforms, such as ForgeRock, Auth0, Okta, or similar.
• Strong collaboration skills and a customer-centric approach.
• Proficiency in both Dutch and English languages.
• Demonstrated commitment to continuous personal and professional growth in the CIAM field.

Contract Details:

• Initial 12-month contract, with the potential for extension and the opportunity for permanent employment.
• On-site presence required 2/3 days per week in Amsterdam
• Rate dependent on experience
