Change Manager – Permanent Opportunity – £80,000 – £90,000 DOE + Bonus & Benefits

We are working with a leading Insurance Broker looking to bring in a Change Manager to work on all their strategic change initiatives while consulting, fostering, and focusing on their people so that the final delivery plans account for and navigate potential effects.

You will be creating tactics and strategies to promote the use of solutions to increase ROI. When preparing a project, take into account the needs of the people, including any deliverables that may increase adoption or lessen the effects and emotions.

• Demonstrate expertise in change management strategies and approaches.
• Familiarity with the methods, resources, and stages of project lifecycle management.
• Interacting with senior stakeholders and external stakeholders as well as a large and diversified stakeholder group
• Concentration on results and adaptability in managing priorities and resources to provide
• Capable of working productively at all organisational levels while offering guidance and support
• The capacity to persuade people to share one’s viewpoint or achieve a common objective
• Be able to Identify potential people-side risks and anticipated points of resistance, and develop specific plans to mitigate or address the concerns.
• Develop a change management strategy based on a thorough understanding of the details of the change and the groups being impacted by the change.
• Apply a structured change management approach and methodology for the people side of change caused by Liquidity projects.
• Work within the Liquidity Business Change Team assisting in the formulation of cohesive change management activities into the project plans.
• Work closely with communication, training, HR and OD specialists in the formulation of particular plans and activities to support project implementation.

Having experience in a Change and Delivery environment, ideally within London Markets would be desirable.
